This role is member of the Cloud Infrastructure Services team at Johnson Controls which provides foundation infrastructure, cloud compute & platform as a service capabilities to the overall organization. A successful candidate will be accountable for global delivery toward becoming a cloud first IT organization through to use the public cloud providers, migration techniques & application modernization platforms.

What you will do

？ Responsible for a portfolio of cloud infrastructure related projects consisting of infrastructure foundation enablement, cloud migrations, platform as a service & application modernization through usage of container solutions.

？ Manage demand intake processes across internal continuous improvement activities, IT for IT projects, external customer demand & scaled agile architectural runway

？ Accountability for managing delivery partner performance across design, build, test & deploy

？ Responsible for engagement with Enterprise Architecture team for validation of solution proposal

？ Responsible to manage the transition of program from deployment to Hyper-care to day-to-day operational support

？ Coordinate with internal teams aligning dependency needs for solution delivery

？ Delivery accountability for designed solutions leveraging both internal and external partner providers

？ Recommends alterations to development and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures.

？ Implementation of industry standard security practices during implementation and maintain it throughout the lifecycle.

？ This individual will consult with other team members and use prior expertise with Azure, GCP or OCI to extend an existing framework of automation across new and existing application environments.

？ Advise and engage with the customer executives on their cloud strategy roadmap, improvements, alignment by bringing in industry best practice/trends and work on further improvements with required business case analysis and required presentations.

？ Creating business cases for transformation and modernization, including analysis of both total cost of ownership and potential cost and revenue impacts of the transformation

What we are looking for (Please mention only 5 must and mandatory skills required):

？ At least 4 year experience performing solution design & delivery in a public / private cloud environment

？ 8+ years of experience of relevant IT infrastructure design / delivery

？ Azure, GCP or OCI Certification

？ In depth knowledge of key Azure, GCP or OCI Services such as: VM, DB PaaS, App Services, NSG, WAF, Vnet, VPN & container management

？ In-depth knowledge of design, delivery, engineering, automation and devops implementation, service operation and service improvement initiatives

？ Relevant On premise infrastructure architecture such as VMware, hypervisor, storage arrays, Network Security

？ Bachelor's degree in a technical or business management field, or equivalent combination of education, training & experience

？ Experience with SAFE, PMI or other relevant delivery methodologies.
