RESPONSIBILITIES:  

To assist the Senior Sales Manager – International Account to manage the profitable development of the Company’s business with International Hotels, Bars and Restaurants in Hunan, Hubei &Jiangxi province

To develop and maintain good working relationship with all the outlets assigned 

To cover a pre-determined list of outlets with the objectives of listing the Company’s product range, maintaining stock levels at the required level and achievement of depletion, pricing, promotional and merchandising objectives

To identify key outlets and new outlets for development to achieve the listing, pricing, displaying, depletion and promotion objectives in major cities

To plan and implement promotions for identified outlets

To place POSM in outlets

To ensure that effective promotional activities are conducted based on company guidelines and with the objectives to gain market share and build brand awareness

To measure and monitor the depletion performance 

To ensure accurate market information is collected and communicated efficiently

To develop and build strong business relationship with all key personnel in the outlets

To maintain up-to-date and accurate records of outlets’ business

To evaluate financial status of each customers

To ensure debt collections within due date

To ensure bottle collections accurately reported

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing or related disciplines

Excellent Chinese & English communication skills

Above 5 years working experience with FMCG company

Good understanding of marketing and finance

Knowledge of imported wine & spirits

Good negotiation skills

High level of personal selling skill

Good excel, words, ppt skill

Good presentation skill

Well organized with good analytical skills

Good interpersonal skill
