工作职责:

1. Effectively establish, deepen and sustain key relationships with Retail Business Leader to understand the business needs and related performance gaps, provide oversight and analysis when defining requirements, and demonstrate an understanding of processes and methodology to provide appropriate retail learning solutions

2. Lead collaborative efforts with Retail Business Leader to define desired performance outcomes; provide feedback and coaching on issues related to retail learning programs

3. Identify performance needs and gaps and facilitate delivery of retail learning solutions to the business

4. Monitor, analyze, interpret, and report internal trends; make recommendations for learning solutions for Retail Business Leader

5. Ensure successful learning outcomes by directing the identification and translation of the client’s learning needs into a defined learning strategy and implemented solutions

6. Act as a liaison between the CL function, Retail Business Leader to ensure alignment with learning needs. Ensure retail learning solutions created meet the requirements of the client. Identify alternate non-training solutions when appropriate.

7. Deliver training and/or support subject matter experts (SME) providing training

8. Understand feedback provided by internal Retail team on the overall success of the learning solutions; Interpret and discuss feedback with Retail Business Leader, and monitor impact and cost-effectiveness of learning solutions; Suggest improvements to further enhance learning program effectiveness and sustainability.

9. Report timely feedback on learning effectiveness to the business and communicate suggestions for improvement

10. Document needs for customization or localization of learning programs

11. Last but not least, all Commercial Learning function training work should be taken as requirement

任职资格:

Education / Professional Certificate

？ Required: Bachelor’s degree in commercial management, trade management, or Training

？ Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA)

Working Experience

？ Required: Minimum of 8 years of experience in trade industry related to retail, with 2 years of leadership and management experience

？ Preferred: Leadership or/and training experiences in areas of FMCG area, or comparable areas

Professional knowledge and skill

？ Strong in communications, presentation and interpersonal skills

？ Middle level English skill with oral and written

？ Mature and sensitive to client (internal staff) needs

？ Team-play and solid management depth

？ Good communication and influencing skill

？ Good at focus prioritization

？ Good business acumen within a fast-paced organization
