Responsibilities:    

• Check new model release due date and coordinate with Product Team to meet the order due date target. If the order due date cannot be met, release the model to importer user only for central ordering purpose.

• Work with Marketing Product Team to check the prices in PCCD as well as the delta report generated in PCCD to do the price release on the release due date.

• Sign off the price check form according to 4-eyes principle and release the models to DCC/ICC after sign-off.

• Check the release result of DCC/ICC and report tickets if any problems are found.           

• Check the importation schedule for new models and make plans for VCSN declaration.

• Prepare the master data of VCSN according to the data mapping performed by Specialist Vehicle Data.

• Generate the VCSN data and declare to SAT for the newly released models.

• Maintain the master data for VCSN in VLS system.

• For every shipment every car, prepare and generate the VEIC list requested by the authority after receiving the data from the 4 ports agencies.

• Declare VEIC to the authority system and also update in VLS on time.

• Send emails to all dealers for notifications.

• Check and resolve the VEIC printing issues from dealers.

• Perform monthly check to avoid missing for certain vehicles.

• Identify the problems encountered by customers during car registration.

• Communicate with local tax bureau and prepare price proof form to the local tax bureau if needed.

• Check if the battery data for NEV cars are received from PAG on schedule, if there is any problem encountered, escalate to the line manager.

• Monitor the importation schedule and declare the battery data to the authority system on time.

• Perform monthly check to avoid missing for certain vehicles.

• Update the declaration vehicle list and send the monthly report to the related colleagues.

• Bachelor or above degree.

• Familiar with SAP
