BASIC FUNCTIONS   

Responsible for ecommerce growth in the Asia Pacific region (outside China) through pure e-tailers, modern trade e-tailers and cross-border ecommerce. The role will work with local marketing & sales teams and regional teams very closely to drive ecommerce sales by marketing efforts and product assortment optimization. The incumbent will also need to create synergy across the region to improve both financial results and consumer experience. 

 SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES  

   

1. Work with local sales and marketing team to hit ecommerce sales target, which involves online product portfolio management, promotional campaigns, user experience and IT technological support

2. Ecommerce content creation and ensure a high level of accuracy

3. Online channel expansion

4. Regular sales reports and data analysis

5. Perform other duties as assigned.

   
   

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

1. Reports to Senior Manager - Ecommerce, K&B Asia Pacific

2. Frequently contacts with the local marketing and sales teams in the Asia Pacific markets

3. Frequent contacts with regional and distributor personnel

4. Frequent contacts with third-party e-tailer

  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS  

  

1. At least 3-4 years’ working experience, including minimum 4 years’ experience in ecommerce or integrated marketing experience

2. Data analytics skill and insight into ecommerce trends

3. Portfolio management skill to support launching the right products in suitable markets

4. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin in verbal and writing

5. Knowledge of Omni-channel business management would be a plus
