Responsibilities:

1. Assist the manpower planning at regional level, and ensure all recruitment activities align with plan and compliant to approval process;

2. Maintain recruitment channels including but not limited to on-line websites, wechat, external talent pool, etc.

3. Work with COE team to manage people entry and exit process and related daily HR operation tasks;

4. Maintain HR system to ensure data accuracy;

5. Assist line manager in regional culture programs;

6. Other works might be assigned

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. 2-3 years working experience in MNC and recruitment experience will be a plus;

3. Team work player with good communication and inter personal skills;

4. High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude, work under pressure;

5. Knowledge of Chinese labor law;

6. Good Excel/PPT skills;

7. Good English in both oral and written
