Summary: ·

· We are looking for individuals with strong management consulting or operational consulting backgrounds to contribute in project delivery, and portfolio management and business case development

· Work closely with leadership team on business unit strategic direction; focus on mid to long term growth strategic initiatives, programs and projects

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Understand macro health environment and vertical market trends

· Conduct market discovery and competitive research with insightful analysis

· Develop fundamental and aspirational growth plan and business cases

· Ensure alignment of operational priorities within the organization

· Participate in assigned business development projects Qualifications:

· Solid consulting/marketing experience in healthcare industry or FMCG

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Data driven analytical mindset: Know how to frame and solve business problems based on market dynamics with skilled data processing capability

· Ability to frame options related to business issues and develop details and analysis

· Ability manage programs and projects independently

Education and additional requirements:

· Bachelor degree above from renowned university

· Over 5 years’ working experience, including more than 2 years working experience in renowned consulting firms, healthcare companies, FMCG or creative vendors

· Proficient in spoken and written English

· Strong PowerPoint and excel modelling skills

· Team player, result-oriented
