1. Support and report to R&D Supervisor - Knives and R&D Manager JVC/ZKS

2. Coordinate and controlling of R&D Knives and Accessories projects

3. Cooperate with related departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Marketing, Purchasing)

4. Install of new manufacturing processes from first draft until handover to serial production

5. Prepare, conduct and record tests with existing, modified or new processes

6. Analyze test results and identify improvement potentials for Machines, Fixtures, Auxiliary, Materials, Procedures and Products

7. Conduct and coordinate measures from (6)

8. Solve problems and save costs for production department from technical standpoint

9. Create, modify and update of process documentation and working instructions

10. Assist the company’s additional R&D projects if required

任职要求：

Education Degree / 学历

    University degree, Bachelor with technical specialization (mechanical engineering

    Several years of working experience in similar position

Specialized Knowledge / 专业知识

     Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes

     Basic knowledge of material science

     MS Office

Working Experience / 工作经验

     Specialization in grinding processes preferred

     Experience in installation of new processes

     Experience in team working
