1. 每日指导和协助水吧和客服的日常工作，有效督导与检查，确保各岗位工作正常、有效轮岗。

2. 每日召开班前会议，安排好当日工作，确保各岗位准时工作，确保当日任务有效落实。

3. 每周检查、培训水吧和客服的礼节礼貌和工作的达标情况；样板房物品核对，如有无意损坏，及时上报经理转销售部备案，确保水吧及时上茶水和收拾桌椅，及时报修大厅的设施或照明故障；保证样板房的物品完好、正常。

4. 每月收集各岗位的物料情况，及时申购，确保物料及时到位。

5. 负责部门客服团队的建设及管理，制定客服部员工培训计划，定期开展员工业务培训，规范工作流程服务标准，落实上级下达的工作任务。

6. 完成上级指派的其他任务。

岗位要求：

1、年龄30以下，身高净高1.63米以上，***考虑；

2、高中以上文化，懂粤语优先；

3、有空乘或酒店大堂工作经验优先；

4、外表与素质要求：皮肤白净，五官端正，较好的亲和力，沟通能力，服务执行能力；

5、技能要求：熟悉案场服务岗位业务流程，熟悉地产销售业务；

6、四年以上房地产或物业销售案场管理工作经验；1年高端住宅项目工作经验。
