职位描述
每日指导和协助水吧和客服的日常工作,有效督导与检查,确保各岗位工作正常、有效轮岗。
每日召开班前会议,安排好当日工作,确保各岗位准时工作,确保当日任务有效落实。
每周检查、培训水吧和客服的礼节礼貌和工作的达标情况;样板房物品核对,如有无意损坏,及时上报经理转销售部备案,确保水吧及时上茶水和收拾桌椅,及时报修大厅的设施或照明故障;保证样板房的物品完好、正常。
每月收集各岗位的物料情况,及时申购,确保物料及时到位。
负责部门客服团队的建设及管理,制定客服部员工培训计划,定期开展员工业务培训,规范工作流程服务标准,落实上级下达的工作任务。
完成上级指派的其他任务。
岗位要求:
1、年龄30以下,身高净高1.63米以上,***考虑;
2、高中以上文化,懂粤语优先;
3、有空乘或酒店大堂工作经验优先;
4、外表与素质要求:皮肤白净,五官端正,较好的亲和力,沟通能力,服务执行能力;
5、技能要求:熟悉案场服务岗位业务流程,熟悉地产销售业务;
6、四年以上房地产或物业销售案场管理工作经验;1年高端住宅项目工作经验。公司介绍
