职位描述
协助策划、销售类工作及日常类文书工作。
负责员工的入职手续办理（包括入职表填写/证件验证 /工衣发放办理等）.
负责新员工的入职培训（培训包括工作职责/公司管理制度/安全）。
负责员工的考勤统计、日常的请假、出差等；公司电话的转接；文件分发。
员工合同签订；员工社保的办理；员工居住证的办理；员工的离职手续办理。
负责各部门文档资料的收发、分类、存档等管理工作。
辅料请购与发放，月底辅料盘点，办公用品的使用与维护。
负责固定资产维护（包括统计记录/每月盘点/日常维护和保养）。
负责会议的组织及做会议纪要。
负责外来文件接收及上报，下发文件的工作。
负责部门电话投诉记录，并传达处理。
完成上级安排的其他任务。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，***，五官端正，良好的沟通能力，阅读理解能力；
2、熟悉word、excel文档处理；
