JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Responsible for controlling, developing and implementing the whole strategy for Project driven Tools segment (including product roadmap, channeling, and specific projects)
• Build solution for the industrial demand & offer management varied by channel.
• Support the achievement of financial objectives (Sales, Adjusted Gross Margin and Operating Margin)
• Perform market analysis and identify opportunities for the country,
• Prepare financial analysis for portfolio evaluation and decision making.
• Develop and implement effective Product Plans, especially New product introduction.
• Collect and provide the information needed for penetrating the industrial key accounts, grasp market trends and have a unique insight into the provision of market trends and understand the industry in-depth, e.g. key distributors/the cooperation process & standard and etc.
• Report to Product Manager – Hand Tools, assignments from the manager

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Masters/MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years related marketing, pre-sales or service experience.
• Knowledge including but not limited to construction, railway, aerospace, automotive, etc., tooling/electric background is a plus
• Result driven – drives for action, for trying new things and for getting things done
• Ability to handle different projects simultaneously
• A strong team player
• High energy level and highly motivated. A self-starter.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to multi-tRask, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.
• Lead strategically and proactively by example with a hands-on approach
• Effective written and verbal communication in English
