Corporate Communication Executive (Contractor)

  

Job Guideline (tentative to expanding based on candidates’ willingness, strength and capabilities)

  

• Support to develop and play a key role in implementing locally corporate communications strategies, with a focus on business communication, scientific communication, in line with China business and corp. communication strategic frame

• Execute day to day PR initiatives incl., but not limited to, messaging, bilingual content development, media database management, media opportunity identification, and providing support to brands’ initiatives, public affairs initiatives, and research & innovation initiatives

• Capture all media platforms to ensure a full activation of all channels to deliver great impact, broaden networks with mainstream media outlets, and support to plan and execute annual media engagement projects incl. but no limited to, China annual result press meeting, international & domestic media familiarization tour, and China International Export Exhibition

• Support to counsel intl. stakeholders from all functions on communications for issue and crisis, prepare relevant statement and communicate with external stakeholders in a transparent and responsible way 

        

 

  

Requirements (minimum year of full-time working experience: 2 years)

  

• Well trained and proven record in corporate communication activities planning and execution, content development, media affairs, issue management

• Strong communication skills in Chinese and English, both oral and written, candidate with high scores in TEM, IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT preferred

• Strong critical thinking skills, organizational skills and interpersonal skills

• Self-starter, experienced multi-tasker accustomed to working under pressure, strong self-motivation, with can-do spirit and entrepreneurship

• Passionate about corporate communication and looking forward to a fast track of personal development and self-fulfillment

• Bachelor’s degree and above, overseas experience preferred, major in language/social science (incl. economics) preferred

• Full-time multinational agency working experience preferred, solid event management experience preferred
