职位描述
Requirements:
? Identify and discuss people issues with business leader. Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
? Identify and prepare development plans for key employees and high potential employees, facilitating with promotion plan and related activities
? Implement human resources policies and HR programs at the business unit / division level cross-functionally, such as employee relation, employee activities, training programs, salary& benefits review, performance management, etc.
? Actively advocate the defined business culture and work with business leader to ensure a healthy and effective working environment by implementing related culture innovation programs.
? Manage training needs analysis at the business unit / division level, suggest on learning and development programs and organize training activities accordingly
? Monitor and track the implementation of quarterly performance assessment and communication at the business unit/division level. Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
? Assist with employee releasing process and labor relation management. Monitor resource cost and initiate risk warning in time
Others:
? Assist with remote oversees employee management including visa processing, on-boarding and off-boarding process, remote training, salary/benefit policy survey and review if needed, releasing management by cooperating with SSC or local agency.
? Data analysis and other works assigned.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor or higher degree holder in human resources, psychology, accounting, engineering, business or equivalent
? 3~5years of managerial experience in human resources or business management experience
? The experience of working with overseas team or expatriate employee management
? Must have solid written communication skills both in Chinese and English
? Solid knowledge of local employment laws, HR policies, guidelines and practices, better with strong sense of data analysis
? Evidence of building strong business relationships with line management as well as at executive levels
? Strong ability to identify the difficulties and down-to-earth altitude to solve the problems independently
? Win-win mindset and a mature team player, be able to work independent with low supervision
? Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously will be a plus
