Your tasks and responsibilities:

Supports L&D manager on assigned projects and tasks, which also include but not limted to the following;

Supports L&D manager for Strategy level project L&D part successful roll-out in China; Initiates, coordinates and drives project related topics and roll-out program throughout organization;

Analyzes the business needs for HR development measures, in the different fields of competence.

Designs and recommends development programs to business HR or business management.

May arrange learning activities or development programs for individuals or groups and liaises with internal and external resources.

Your qualifications and experience:

- 5-10 years of HR related working experience. 

- Knowledges and working experiences of none HR business fuctions, such as sales/marketing, services, or etc. is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree or above
