Responsibilities

· Timely complete design and tender management works in Plumbing & Drainage discipline with high quality;

· Assist in technical document drafting according to the instructions from Senior Engineers;

· Participate in planning project schedule; and

· Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

Requirements

· Bachelor degree or above in Building Services, Plumbing and Fire Services disciplines;

· Relevant technical knowledge of P&D discipline while related internship experience is preferred but not a must;

· Familiar with CAD and Microsoft Office;

· Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese; and

· Responsible, detail-minded with ability to work well in team.

· 协助高级别工程师进行本专业各阶段设计画图，配合设计团队完成分配的设计任务，确保项目图纸可按时优质、高效完成；

· 根据高级别工程师分配的任务编制有关专业技术文件；

· 参与制定项目工程进度表；

· 执行职业操守合规政策，包括第三方支付，分包商服务流程以及礼品和款待政策。

职位要求

· 建筑设备、给排水、消防专业本科学历；

· 相关专业技术知识扎实，在校期间参与项目设计者及相关社会实践经验者优先考虑；

· 熟练掌握CAD、office办公软件；

· 优秀的中英文口语及书面沟通能力；

· 认真负责，细心严谨，有良好的团队精神及沟通协调能力，并具备良好的职业素质。
