Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings and draft the meeting minutes for PM review
• Provide translator and interpreter service as required;
• Support project quantities verification and cost control
• Be responsible for receiving of visitors
• Help project members finish file print, scan, transmission and approval etc.
• Be responsible for keeping he project document per the company requirement
• Assist project schedule control
• Get familiar with civil drawings
• Get familiar with civil construction quality control
• Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

Requirements

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or related disciplines
• Solid professional skills, strong workability, good learning and adaptability, internship in large project practice is preferred
• Responsible, with strong coordination and management skills
• Good communication skills with good English
• Flexible on working locations

· 专业基础扎实，工作可塑性强，良好的学习和适应能力,有大型项目实践经验优先

· 工作认真负责，具备协调和管理能力强；

· 良好的沟通表达能力,英语良好。
