Responsibilities

· Participate in preparation and review of HVAC related reports, drawings and documentation;

· Perform project management and consultation;

· Participate in planning project schedule;

· Coordinate with municipal infrastructure works, liaise with local authorities for project registration and consultation; and

· Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

Requirements

· Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields;

· Solid knowledge of the subject areas, prior experience with project design is an advantage;

· Familiar with CAD and Microsoft Office;

· Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese; and

· Responsible, detail-minded with ability to work well in team.

见习/助理 暖通工程师

主要职责

· 参与暖通、空调的相关报告、图纸、文本等编制和审核工作；

· 做好项目管理及顾问工作；

· 参与制定项目工程进度表；

· 协调市政配套的具体实施工作，配合做好项目报批报建工作和市政配套征询工作；

· 执行职业操守合规政策，包括第三方支付，分包商服务流程以及礼品和款待政策。

职位要求

· 暖通、空调等相关专业本科以上学历；

· 相关专业技术知识扎实，在校期间参与项目设计者及相关社会实践经验者优先考虑；

· 熟练掌握CAD、office办公软件；

· 优秀的中英文口语及书面沟通能力；

· 认真负责，细心严谨，有良好的团队精神及沟通协调能力，并具备良好的职业素质。
