Responsibilities:

• Manages the Submittal process.
• Manages the Request for Interpretation (RFI) process.
• Works closely with the project planner to ensure all Submittals are submitted in accordance with the project schedule.
• Works closely with the Project Engineer and to ensure Submittals and RFIs are reviewed and responded on a timely basis.
• Manages the in-field engineering activities of the Project.
• Responsible for collecting and processing technical information between the contractors and the Project team.
• Participates in all design issues to ensure the best working practices and constructability processes are used.
• Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree or above in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or related area is required

· Fluent English/Mandarin Language skills are must

· Solid professional skills, strong workability, good learning and adaptability

· Responsible, with strong coordination and management skills

· Flexible on working locations
