Responsibilities

    

    

· Provide primary technical support for building physics by analyzing project information independently.

    

· Perform building physics including energy simulation, daylighting analysis, advanced design and other related technical disciplines under supervisor.

    

· Contribute strategies to improve design based on building analysis, work with project team and design team to carry out these strategies, and complete working report.

    

· Research on relative latest technologies and news.

    

· Assist in green building assessment and certification.

    

    

Requirements

    

    

· Bachelor degree or above in HVAC, building technology, building equipment, building physics, etc.

    

· Experience with design and simulation tools such as Autodesk Revit, eQuest, EnergyPlus, ECOTect and Radiance is desirable.

    

· Familiar with relative green building rating system, such as LEED, Chinese green building evaluation standard, is also desirable.

    

· Fluent speaking and writing English

    

· Fast learner

    

· Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team

    

· Solid technical writing, presentation, and communication skills

职位要求

    

    

· 暖通、建筑技术、建筑设备、建筑物理等相关专业正规院校本科及以上学历；

    

· 具有快速学习能力和扎实的专业基础知识

    

· 了解建筑机电工程，能看懂建筑图纸

    

· 熟练使用各种通用办公软件；

    

· 认真负责，细心严谨，有良好的职业素质和团队精神及沟通协调能力；

    

· 流利的英语读写和沟通能力

    

· 了解建筑物理分析和相关模拟分析软件者优先

    

· 熟悉相关绿色建筑相关规范、节能技术及相关原理者优先；
