职责描述:
? Sales in assigned territory or customers.
? Manage a team to fulfill a team target, support team member to improve sales skill on a daily work basis.
? Understand company strategy and management goal, support company to achieve not only sales target, but management KPIs.
? Show our products and services to our existing/potential customers effectively via face-face meeting, phone calls and emails
? 60% of time in sales meetings and customer door visiting
? Fulfil sales and collection target via a professional way
? Sign back and manage the contracts and related documents following to company procedures
? Monitoring and reporting competition information, from a general overview for assigned territory
? Tracking door offtake performance and improve Luxottica brands’ instore visibility and image day by day.
? Co-op with MKT/TMKT team, plan and implement promotions
? Follow up brand/marketing/VM guidelines and provide needed data, report to Regional managers and Channels
? Co-op with region and national training team, plan and implement training plans in assigned territory
? Periodically review sell-out status with customers, and follow up JBP plans.
? Discuss specific promotion activities with customers within company guidelines.

? 以专业的态度达成销售及回款目标
? 按照公司流程,签订并管理所有客户的合同及相关文件。
? 从总体业务角度监控区域竞争对手信息并及时传达报告。
? 负责区域门店零售表现,并持续改善公司品牌在店内的形象及展示
? 通过与全国通路营销团队密切合作,策划和执行营销活动。
? 遵循品牌/营销/ VM指导方针并提供数据,向区域经理和区域通路营销报告需求情况。
? 通过与区域及全国培训团队合作,计划和实施区域培训
? 定期与主要客户回顾动销状况,并定制联合生意方案
? 在公司整体框架范围内,与客户洽谈和制定有针对性的促销活动
任职要求:
? Bachelor’s degree, good command of English and good computer skill is a big plus
? 10 plus years of sales experience with not less than 5 years experience in consumer goods wholesale/distribution companies. Fashion/Retail background is a plus.
? Team management skill and ready to support others.
? Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’.
? Strong client management/coaching skills and ability to keep promises.
? Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
? Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
? Ability to cope with competing demands and to priorities tasks.
? Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
? Excellent organizational and time management skills.
? A positive attitude to dealing with people.
? Capable of working independently, and having responsibility not only as an individual but as a team leader.
? 本科及以上学历,良好的英语和计算机技能的更佳
? 10年以上的销售经验和在消费品批发/分销公司不少于5年的经验,时尚/零售行业背景尤佳
? 有管理团队经验及乐于助人的精神
? 有较强的谈判能力
