Major Tasks and Responsibilities of Position

1. Support marketing manager in specific online/offline marketing campaigns: including market research, brand equity development, communication campaign especially for digital channels and promotions in key on/offline channels / platforms.

2. Support the marketing manager in implementing brand official wechat account initiatives, including, communication, customer service, CRM and sales and working with wechat vendor in collecting and analysis to optimize the insights and business decision.

3. Support functions of trade marketing, patient care and after – sales service in specific projects when needed.

4. Coordinate across different parties especially LMR in censoring and approving all communication materials and adapting necessary changes with creative agency in the final materials.

5. Supporting marketing manager in preparing different document with presenting or reporting purpose with senior management team, global marketing team.

6. Supporting marketing team in budget management and controlling.

7. Support marketing team in travel organization and T&E documenting.

Qualifications

1. University graduated or last year before graduate

2. Internship experience in MNC company in department of sales or marketing

3. Experience needed for new media: social media and online marketing?

4. Strong interest in digital and e-commerce

5. Good communication

6. Team player

7. Good English skill

8. Strong go-for-result attitude and execution oriented Work location: Shanghai
