岗位职责 Job Responsibility

1. 负责产品软件的维护、测试和发布及配置管理其他日常工作；

2. 负责产品版本发布过程，包括基线管理、版本管理、发布管理、变更管理、配置审计、权限控制等；

3. 参与产品配置管理过程，完成软件版本控制、配置项入库审查、基线变更跟踪；

4、负责提供系统集成项目技术支持，包括系统方案等工作，并有能力优化、管理、总结形成行业标准化方案或项目产品化方案；

5、参与系统运维的优化和改进；

6、制定自动化系统集成方向的发展规划、团队组建、技术方向等；

1. Responsible for the maintenance, testing and distribution of product software and other daily work of configuration management;           

2. Responsible for product version release process, including baseline management, version management, release management, change management, configuration audit, authority control, etc.          

3. Participate in the process of product configuration management, complete software version control, configuration checking, baseline change tracking;           

4. Be responsible for providing technical support for system integration projects, including system solutions, and have the ability to optimize, manage and summarize the formation of industry standardization programs or project product programs;          

5. Participate in the optimization and improvement of system operation and maintenance;           

6. Develop the development plan, team building and technical direction of automation system integration.

素质要求 Qualification

1、2年以上软件开发经验，或配置管理经验；

2. 熟悉SVN、Git，gerrit，Jenkis和JIRA等工具的使用和配置，代码review等配置管理和缺陷管理系统；

3. 熟悉消费电子或汽车电子产品开发流程，开发分支管理，产品开发生命周期；

4. 熟悉并灵活掌握项目配置管理的思想和方法，能制定代码安全和权限策略及规范；

5.对自动驾驶系统各模块功能有清晰理解；

6.精通TCP/IP协议和网络安全系统，具有华为、CISCO等主流网络厂商设备的安装、配置调试经验；

7.有运维经验，做过持续集成的优先；

8.较好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神，有工作激情，有较强的责任感及进取精神，工作细致认真有耐心；

1.2 years software development experience or configuration management experience;           

2.Familiar with the use and configuration of tools such as SVN, Git, gerrit, Jenkis and JIRA, configuration management and defect management system such as code review;           

3.Familiar with the development process of consumer electronics or automotive electronics products, development branch management, product development life cycle;           

4.Familiar with and flexible grasp of project configuration management ideas and methods, can formulate code security and authority policies and norms;           

5.Clear understanding of the functions of each module of the automatic driving system.           

6.Be proficient in TCP/IP protocol and network security system, and have experience in installation, configuration and debugging of Huawei, CISCO and other mainstream network vendors.           

7.Experience in operation and maintenance, priority of continuous integration;           

8.Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, passion for work, strong sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit, meticulous, conscientious and patient work;
