Job Summary

    

执行项目总监目标 (Project Directing):担任MP项目总监,负责项目的总体技术把控，指导项目经理推动项目的进展，代表MP团队对内外协调和汇报。要求达到公司基本品牌质量要求，项目质量掌控与跨团队工作协调能力的要求。
业务拓展目标 (Business Development)：直接带领或间接协助完成重庆MP项目合同之签定并达到预算成长指标；拓展由MP团队独立执行或主导项的项目。
客户关系与管理(Client Management)：与D+P BD团队及各业务线领导形成以客户关系之重点工作计划。建立重点单位的项目合作关系或基础，配合BD团队建立客户发展网络。
团队管理（Team building)：能够全面参与重庆MP团队的团队管理和建设（包括招聘）。

    

Minimum Requirements

    

At least 10+ years’ experience in providing Design/Architecture consultancy services. Recent experience in China essential.
Proven track record of delivering projects within the industry, particularly in China.
Ability to capture and successfully deliver projects.
Proven team work and mentor skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with staff, co-workers and clients.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
