职位描述

职位: Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst


要求:

英语必须熟练

HRIS项目经验丰富,有主导经验加分(有SAP or KRONOS or ADP 任一的项目主导经验即可)


Support HR System implementations, projects for Mergers & Acquisitions, system updates and maintenance of the SAP HR programs. Support implementation of new HR Tools and applications relating to systems. Support and or lead global HRIS projects. This role will supports new and existing system functionality for the Human Resources functional area.

Train up new HRIS Analyst in all systems and provide assistance.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. INFOR Project: participate on the whole processes, ie configuration review, testing, implementation, integration and the training. Ongoing support is required.

2. Kronos Support: Review the existing implementation processes and support, provide improvement suggestion. Help on upgrade project to assist GIS to complete the upgrade in APEC. Not only communications between GIS and entities but also provide some suggestions to GIS for the improvement.


3. HRIS Implementations: Supports SAP implementations (new entities, modules, etc.), and the like; by working with the appropriate HRIS team member(s) to evaluate requirements, train users, convert data, and support the entity on an ongoing basis.


4. HRIS System Updates: Supports or leads SAP/Kronos/E-Leave/BrassRing System updates and implementations in APEC. Activities involve evaluating local requirements, working with local management to ensure requirements are addressed, training users, converting data and supporting entities on an ongoing basis.


Works closely with regional HRIS team, HR departments and Corporate to provide support on system updates, maintenance. Conducts system testing according to requirements, including writing test plans, managing testing processes, and documenting results.


5. HRIS Projects: Supports HRIS team with assigned HRIS projects. Such as SAP implementations (new entities, modules, etc.), and the like; by working with the appropriate HRIS team member(s) to train users, convert data, and support the entity on an ongoing basis. This includes providing support on HRIS projects in China entities. This may include creating process documentation, assisting with test plans, auditing SAP data, etc.


6. HRIS Team:

a) Problem solving for APEC locations in HR systems. Assist in helping for ADP issues.


b) Train up new HRIS Analyst members and provide assistance.


c) To create and/or update training materials, exercises and documentation. Conducts new and ongoing training for system users. May conducting classes for new users or working with users one-on-one or facilitating webinars. Or even train the entity new ITC.


d) Assists with regional HRIS communications.


e) Assists in the development and maintenance of system related documentation


f) Researches best practices and keeps abreast of trends in HRIS development and related business applications to assist business owners in meeting system and process goals.


g) Maintains SAP HR documentation for the region and communicates to the regional HR community of any changes.


h) Conducts new and ongoing training for system users (ITC) or working with users one-on-one or facilitating webinars.


i) Assists with global HRIS communications.


j) Assists in the development and maintenance of system related documentation


k) Provides basic support and/or training to regional HR members.


7. Understand, support and comply with current COMPANY policies and practices related business programs. Including but not limited to government regulations, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S), Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Management Systems.

8. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.


SCOPE: This position is required to take direction from all levels of the HRIS team and complete task as needed. This position will be the Project lead for assigned projects and face level of complexity or/and challenges independently.

This position works on medium impacted projects with entities located in different regions of the globe. Responsible for the success of project, but not resources or costs.


EDUCATION:

REQUIRED:

? Bachelors Degree

PREFERRED:

? Bachelors Degree in a field related to business management, Human Resources or information management


WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED:

? 4+ years in Human Resources information systems

PREFERRED:

? Previous experience working with SAP HR


SKILLS & ABILITIES:

REQUIRED:

? Intermediate PC skills (MS Office) and a basic understanding of the fundamentals of HRIS applications.

? Good problem solving and analytical ability.

? Ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals and respond positively to situations.

? Proven self-management skills that demonstrate the ability to complete

? Able to complete assignments in a systematic and timely manner.

? Good listening/verbal/written communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely to influence business decisions on systems and applications.

? Excellent speaking and writing skills for expressing ideas in a clearly and concisely to influence business decisions on systems and applications.

? Ability to travel if necessary.

PREFERRED:

? SAP ( HR module) skills

? Knowledgable of project management techniques
