portfolio to secure the mkt leadership

target realization in China, including annual sales target, integral margin
target, develop efficient plans to achieve annual business target

Close Working with commercial team, define the strategy of Way to
Market, channel management and pricing policy to achieve ambitious business
growth in each product line

Product management of power quality correction product (reactive
power compensation and active harmonic filter and other voltage regulators.)
tab-stops:list 31.5pt">l
Manage local sales promotion tools, including catalogues, product
flash, specification file etc.

Identify special application requests in different market segments
and make development plan.

New business opportunity investigation for power quality business
in China market
tab-stops:list 31.5pt">l
Responsible for competitive product comparison and pricing
analysis

Provide cooperative support to marketing communication team, sales
team and partners according to needs.

Delivery of sales and technical training

Interface with global product manager
Qualifications:
tab-stops:list 31.5pt">l Deep understanding and insight of power quality correction products’
competition environment, key customers’ needs and applications, typical Go-To-Mkt
business models in this field.
tab-stops:list 31.5pt">l Know how to influence sales teams without direct management of them.
tab-stops:list 31.5pt">l 5~10 years working experience on power quality domain and 5+ years
experience in sales and product marketing
tab-stops:list 31.5pt">l Digital or IoT working experience is a strong plus
tab-stops:list 31.5pt">l Demonstrated success defining and launching market leading products
tab-stops:list 31.5pt">l Self-starter who is hungry to take on new professional challenges, and
looking for roles with enormous growth potential

Engineering Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical
Engineering preferred

Excellent spoken and written English
