工作内容
General Duties – To provide the access card service and maintain the access card control system work well
Assist the Administrative Officer to maintain a proper inventory of blank cards, new orders and destructions, generating reports as necessary on a daily/monthly/ quarterly and annual basis
The access card co-ordinator liaison as well as training provided
Receive approved online application requests from Checker or Card Custodian via ACS
Scans employees’ photographs and prints the access card label templates
Create or update system records as per approved ACS requests
(New, Replacement due to Lost or Damaged, Modifications of access to existing cards etc.)
Responsible for all access card deactivations that are due to staff resignations, transfers or even when an employee had reported loss of his or her access card
Inform staff on access card collections and issue the cards to them as well
Update the Department Coordinator and Department Head Matrix as and when necessary in the ACS system. A quarterly review of this matrix will be included in Citi Enterprise Entitlement Review System (EERS) as part of the ISA standard
Consolidate all lost card replacement fees for crediting into CSIS cost centre monthly.

Good understanding and knowledge of banking or financial/controlling practices in China.
Sound 1-3 years’ banking experiences, preferably in banking industry or related financial areas of other industry.
Good communication skills and high standard of English and Chinese both written and spoken.
Strong analytical ability, self initiative and responsibilities
