Primary Purpose:

Regional IT Retail system operation support

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Administration to...

?Ensure the delivery of new store opening project for GC as project manager and support the delivery of other countries in Asia

?Act as a SPOC between Tapestry internal teams (RO, BD) and Supplier’s team to ensure smooth delivery of store activities. This includes timely information sharing of store events such as project requirements, project timeline, and technical knowledge regarding the installation of back-end processes. Manage project budget/timeline/resource and negotiate with vendor for cost saving goals.

? Regular follow-up with different stockholders and manage store project activities such as account creation/layout validation/ schedule management and checking final report

?Support in maintaining formal documentation for the store delivery & resource team and ensuring that all contents are consistent and accurate, work as the owner for Asia store delivery documents

? Assist regional OS/hardware and other replacement and upgrade projects across Asia

?Supervise team member on PO creating and cost management to generate report for projects and daily operation across IT function, can work as backup for PO management

? Manage windows OS and Apple device (iPad, iPod) image owned by company for business continuity. 

? Perform and manage other ad-hoc and non-standard project-based responsibilities and tasks as required or directed

The accomplished individual will possess...

? Bachelor’s degree and strong computer (Excel and Office) skills are highly desired

? Hands on experience with equipment rollout/replace project and documentation

? Fluency in English (Japanese Language proficiency is strong Plus)

? Good communication skills and capable to collaborate across team, functions and brands

? Experience and In-depth knowledge with various aspects of Retail Business

? Experience in partnering with business users and other IT team members to design and implement system & process

? Adaptable and flexibility as well as strong sense of responsibilities and ownership

? Experience in vendor management and service delivery management
