职位描述
Duties and responsibilities职责和责任:
1. Be responsible for customer communication management and building good relationships with customers and fulfill company spare parts sales and revenue target 负责客户沟通管理建立良好客户关系,完成公司年度销售和收益目标; 2. Be responsible for customer request for quotation, and provide quotation in time, support collecting market information for pricing 处理客户询价及时提供准确报价,收集市场价信息以供公司定价参考;
3. Handle customer orders, order follow up, delivery and billing in SAP 处理客户订单,跟踪订单状态及时回复客户交期和系统开票;
4. Follow SP order internally, coordinate with related department, to ensure the delivery time and responsible for rush order handling 负责备件组订单的交期跟踪、内部过程跟进、内部各部门协调,以保证按客户需求及时发货等工作及紧急发货处理;
5. Maintain the SP sales database, data analysis and sales reports, including of monthly sales and key account sales and costs reports 负责销售数据的维护分析工作和销售报告(月度销售报表, 重点客户销售数据分析,成本报告);
6. Push finance department to issue VAT invoice in time and send to customer, customer payment consolidation and obtain overdue payment from customer 推动财务及时开票并邮寄给客户,客户付款对账等,及时收回客户逾期付款;
7. Deal with customer complaint and increase customer satisfaction rate and be responsible for spare parts warranty process in sales database (ROD, Service notification), arrange return parts from customer and push for corrective action from QA. 处理客户投诉提高客户满意度,负责备件质保处理,包含:系统ROD,服务通知,安排退货及推动质量部门给出后续改善措施;
8. Be responsible for related Spare parts order from Service department and sales department: PEM ,weary parts contract,M2P,SP order for Machine, Good will , credit note etc. 负责日常备件销售以外的服务部其他备件订单操作工作:延保合同 , 易损件合同,M2P合同,随机备件,good will, 退款等项目的处理;
9. Take care of E-vending machine and consignment stock in customer site and act as backup for E-shop of spare parts sales. 处理智能零件柜业务及客户寄售业务,协助网上商城销售业务;
10. Coordinate and ensure communication channel smooth with related department on sourcing information to provide customer high-quality service. 协调与各部门之间的资源信息,保证信息沟通渠道畅通,为客户提供高效服务.
11. Need to visit the customers,find out their requests and come up with solutions. 需要拜访客户,发现客户的需求并找出解决客户需求的方案;
12. Other works which from management of service department; 服务部管理层交付的其他工作;
Requirements任职要求:
1. Bachelor or above. 本科学历及以上
2. More than 3 years’ work experience in related position. 3 年以上相关岗位工作经验
3. Good interpersonal and negotiation skill, able to work under pressure 有良好的人际关系和谈判技巧,能够在压力下工作
4.Experience in direct sales and order handling process 有直接销售及订单处理经验
5.Familiar with import/export customs affair. 熟悉进出口报关事务
6. Good at office software, Excel, SAP, Notes, etc. 熟练使用办公软件,如Excel、SAP,Notes等
7. Proactive and able to work independently. 积极主动,能够独立工作
8. Good teamwork player. 良好的团队合作精神
