Responsibilities:

? Lead a fast-expanding Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Team and oversea the delivery of project assignments.
? Project management and administration
? Design management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams
? Team building, planning, selection and engagement
? Design and construction programming including resource management
? Bid management
? Manage compilation of technical reports, designs, specifications, drawings and construction documents
? Lead Liaison with clients, consultants and contractors as required during design and construction phases.
Requirements:
? Preferably Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
? Registered professional engineer.
? Minimum 10 years of M&E consultancy experience in building and construction industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
? In depth technical knowledge of discipline.
? Familiar with local design codes and standards.
? Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
? Able to work under pressure.
? Candidates with more experience will be considered as more senior leadership role.
