本岗位为产品检验组经理。

1.及时安排相关部门送检产品的检验，并完成检验记录及审核产品理化与仪器检测的原始数据；负责实验室仪器分配、检项分配等工作；对检验中出现的偏差、OOS/OOT/AD进行调查；负责产品相关的变更及风险分析及CAPA等质量活动；协调安排产品检测及仪器设备的确认验证；

2. 负责检验仪器、设备的日常使用、正确的状态标识；负责协调安排仪器设备的维护和保养工作和产品检测仪器设备计量以及确认验证；

3.负责协调安排样品的检验工作及工作安排，并审核相应记录；负责安排协调中间产品、原液、制剂等产品和稳定性样品的理化与仪器分析检测；

4.参加公司内外部门组织的培训并负责产品组人员的管理和培训，并负责产品组检验员培训的安排和考核；

4.完成领导交代的其他各项工作；

任职要求：

1.男女不限，本科及以上学历，药学或生物、分析相关专业；

2.五年以上相关经验，有药QC实验室仪器分析经验，并具有管理QC实验室团队经验；

3.具有良好的抗压能力。
