Main Responsibilities:

? Execute  e-Commerce business strategy including website evaluation and selection, online product strategy 

? Execute  B2C business model including website design, mechanics, logistics, marketing, sales, delivery and after-sale customer services. 

?Implement new initiatives and partnership to increase traffic on brand website, and also to increase sales on B2C channels

? Responsible for developing and updating B2C online calendars 

Requirements:

1. University graduate or above in relevant technical major

2. Strong commercial sense and communication skills, results oriented    

3. Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.  

4. Around 3 years of ecommerce business experience such as daily operation, promotion plan and distributor management is necessary. Cosmetics industry background is a plus.

5. Familiar with Jumei, Vip, Mei, JD and other leading B2Cs’ operation rules.
