Junior Recruiter,Asia Pacific

Be part of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing team, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter in Singapore team and lead on the full recruitment life-cycle for our client who is the global leader in the clinical research industry.

We are looking for "roll-up your sleeves," recruitment professional that has experience recruiting candidates at the professional. Critical skills include the ability to direct source candidates, identify the key components and spirit inherent in the ideal profile and communicate directly with our client. Passive candidate recruiting experience is a must.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily information/candidate data tracking
• support recruiter to source suitable candidates as assigned
• Deal with junior vacancies' recruiting independently
• Collecting market information and preparing market info report according to recruiter and clients' needs
• Other recruitment duties assigned
• Resolving problems
• Participating in client meetings when necessary
• Maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction

Candidates for this position must possess:

• Bachelor degree
• Good communication skill with logical thinking
• Quantifiable track record as a top performing recruiter / recruitment assistant / etc.
• Experience meeting and exceeding quotas and service level agreements
• Strong initiative and the ability to successfully recruit for multiple openings simultaneously
• Comfort and confidence in tapping a wide range of outlets-by phone and online-to source prospective candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and Talent management system
