工作职责:

Identify opportunities within selected Country Key Accounts. Grow these accounts and build senior/trusted relationships with Clients Stakeholder Map DMU. Ensure ISS senior team is engaged at an appropriate level to grow the account and work with Retention Director to build pre-emptive renewal process.

Overall responsibility of driving growth of selected key accounts in Country

Building close cooperation with Global G200 lead for appropriate key accounts

Be the single point of contact for both client and ISS teams

Develop and execute annual growth account plan

Develop and execute compelling value proposition – per client, per sector

Coaching / advising country leadership teams on how to grow selected key accounts

Expert practitioner / coach on uncovering Client Needs techniques

任职资格:

Graduate with minimum 5 years experience in senior operation, with full understanding of IFS Solutions.

Experience with either banking, financial industry

Experience in negotiation in corporate environment

Proven track record on a country and regional level in developing accounts

Experience in preparing annual plan and account plan

Strong Project Management and problem solving skills

Strong pipeline analytic skills

High level commercial communication skills

Dominant traits include high level of fighting spirit, a competitive nature and the ability to influence stakeholders at all level

Common commercial traits include high work capacity, contact/communication skills and empathy
