Job description:

 

Role & Responsibility:

- Fully understand HVAC customer needs, competitors’ trend, market trend.

- Work closely with Product Management, Sales/Marketing and Product Engineering to identify new business opportunities to build competitive product portfolio by sourced products.

- Work on sourced portfolio partner selection / qualification, and product launch following IRPDP/NPD process.

- Work closely with sales team to well manage product delivery and order fulfillment to achieve revenue/margin/quality targets.

- Manage and engage sourced portfolio partners for product iteration/cost down to meet market trends.

- Build SBU sourced product management capabilities.

 

Qualification:

1. Bachelor Degree or above in HVAC or related; MBA is a plus. 

2. 10+ years of experience in HVAC product design, product management, quality, and/or operations, with a minimum of 3 years in HVAC Product Design and 3 years in HVAC Product Management is required.

3. Good knowledge of HVAC industry dynamics and competitors’ products, and has the ability to continuously foresee.

4. Experience in working with sourced product partners, understanding procurement process.

5. Project management skills: Ability to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects according to established processes; serve as a consultant for internal and external customers.

6. Demonstrated experience leading & supporting regional business initiatives

7. Excellent team work skills

8. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Mandarin and English

10. Highly motivated, reliable, self-starter, performance-driven.
