PART I - POSITION SUMMARY 职位概要

The Compliance Officer will assist the Legal & Compliance Director in all compliance matters including operational matters, compliance due diligence, marketing activities review, T&E review, distributor audit, investigation, compliance training, document drafting, and record keeping.

PART II - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

? Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures designed to ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.

? Develop, distribute and/or deliver effective training and communications in support of the Compliance Program, including language localizations as appropriate.

? Review marketing activities from the compliance perspective.

? Monitor the conduct of employees through the use of periodic audits, reviews and /or evaluations.

? Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders- BU, HR, Internal Audit, Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain to identify, mitigate and resolve compliance and legal matters.

? Conduct due diligence on distributors, agents and other Third Party Intermediaries consistent with the various Anticorruption regulations including the FCPA.

? Conduct compliance and ethics related investigations, inspections and audits. Follow up on compliance and ethics related investigations to ensure recommendations have been appropriately and timely implemented.

? Implementation of enhanced compliance controls, and ongoing oversight of third party compliance controls.

? Draft contracts, legal documents, policies and procedures.

? Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

PART III – QUALIFICATIONS资质要求

EDUCATION教育程度

? Bachelor degree or above, master preferred.

EXPERIENCE工作经验

? Fluency and proficiency in English and Mandarin.

? At least three years of solid compliance experience.

? Familiarity with anti-corruption compliance laws and controls.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.)其他要求

? Strong sense of integrity, business transaction transparency and the ability to balance business interests with the need to exercise independent judgement.

? Organized, energetic, flexible and self-motivated, with an analytical mind.

? Able to gather, analyze, evaluate facts, and reach appropriate conclusions.

? Able to work independently, often without on-site supervision.

? Strong time management and document management skills with a fine attention to detail.

? Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the company, both orally and in writing is essential for this role.

? Good Microsoft Office skills.
