Location: Jinqiao, Shanghai, China

This is a junior level to execute technical laboratory activities in support of technical platform Development.

Main Responsibilities:

- Carried out hands on experiment on unit operations mainly focus on mixing, blending, casting, pressing and polymerization. Direct personnel controlling equipment used for such unit operations.

- Complete the assignments involve data collection, technical analysis, findings summary in written technical reports

- Assist process and packaging engineer to solve product/package quality issue.

- Maintain accurate lab notebook records and file reports for experimental work.

- Assist researchers to conduct literature searching

- Maintain lab daily 5S

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in materials processing or physical chemistry
• 2~3 plus years of experience for Bachelor or Fresh Master, years of experience will determine grade level and title
• Knowledge of physical chemistry or materials processing principles and techniques
• Works independently and delivers results on time
• Strong ownership and good willing for teamwork
• Ability to write English reports

Preferred Qualifications:

• lab maintenance experience
• Subject matter expertise in the following is desirable, but not required: Analytic chemistry, physical chemistry, polymer, chemical and packaging engineering
• Working experience in QA and knowledge in lean, six sigma, and DOE is a plus.
