Business Analysis:

·       Engage with clinical research departments and teams in identifying and analyzing opportunities to improve business outcomes using innovative technology solutions.

·       Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to ensure that technology solutions deliver the highest value to programs and initiatives across the organization.

·       Work with functions and users across the organization to identify, document, and communicate business processes as they relate to systems.

·       Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the database to support additional business processes or functions.

·       Troubleshoot problems and propose solutions.

·       Use subject matter expertise and technical knowledge to design solutions that meet users’ needs.

·       Work with IT team to integrate constituent process across platforms.

·       Work with and manage third-party implementation partners or vendors.

·       Support IT internal training as necessary in developing training plans and materials.

·       Works closely with Corporate IT team to ensure consistency and alignment where necessary.

 

Project Management:

·       Lead, or contribute to the initial definition and impact assessment and estimation of project concepts and ideas.

·       Ensure successful project delivery from initiation through to closure, within agreed organizational standards & guidelines.

·       Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

·       Capturing and disseminating knowledge across the brands and ensuring best practice is communicated and adopted.

·       Planning, scheduling, monitoring, implementing and reporting on project activities to a broad range of stakeholders.

·       Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities to in-house and 3rd party developers.

·       Working closely with a team of stakeholders, to lead and facilitate business design activities and to integrate change management activities into project planning activities.

·       Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

·       Monitor status of deliverables and address issues as appropriate.

·       Use technical experience as well as problem solving skills to asses and resolve project related obstacles.

·       Plan and support processes around testing and user acceptance.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor’s degree (or above) in computer science or business concentration preferred.

·       A minimum of 5 years in IT field, business analyst and project management experiences will be preferred.

·       Skills and experience working in culturally diverse, multi-disciplined work groups with the ability to manage multiple priorities and be self-directed in a fast-paced environment.

·       Blend of project management / business analyst with experience managing multiple (10+) projects in both a BA and PM capacity.

·       Prior experience in pharmaceutical or CRO industry with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 experience highly desirable.

·       Knowledge of common software development life cycle (SDLC) preferred and prior validation and GAMP 5 experience highly desirable.

·       Have high level of adaptability as task requirement and priorities change.

·       Well organized, detail oriented, and adaptable to changes.

·       Effective interpersonal skills plus exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

·       Ability work overtime or during off hours based on business needs and/or assignment.

·       Ability to independently drive strategic thinking, communicate effectively and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.

·       Ability to work under pressure of multiple projects and deadlines.

·       Ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage changes in direction.

·       Ability to work in a team environment.

·       Knowledge of Server technology, Active Directory users and groups administration, Group Policies, MSSQL, Hyper-V, file server, cluster, Exchange, Lync Server a plus.

·       PMI PMP certified (preferred).
