Objective of Job:

-      Lead implementation of product development process and ensure the milestone Digital Innovation deliverable are completed in time with quality.

-      Conduct all design/package/Service studies using "Design-in-Context" methods

-      Deliver 3D CAD solid geometry in CATIA format in Teamcenter for all components under the end item assembly PIA per the product development process guidelines

-      Continuously support throughout the Product Development Process to ensure a "Flawless Product" launch

-      Deliver CAD Data that is compliant with company methodologies, processes and Engineering CAD and Drafting Standards

-      Maintain a "CAD Package Environment" with the appropriate and latest CAD geometry required to validate that their components are compatible with mating and surrounding components. Following every change to both Supplier and surrounding CAD geometry, Supplier must refresh their CAD Package Environment and validate that their components are still compatible and serviceable. (Utilizing the Teamcenter Buck is an acceptable method for validating CAD geometry and insures suppliers review latest surrounding environment.)

-      C3PNG data submitted to company as “UNRESTRICTED”, unless Digital Innovation and PMT have approved exceptions, and “RESTRICTED FROM” parties are identified and agreed to.

-      Utilize AVBOM II as the master program BOM, including key attribute data for all parts

-      Demonstrate the utilization of the following disciplines: Design for Assembly, Design for Manufacturing, Design for Service and Design for Environment/Recyclability/Re-manufacturing.

 

Qualification:

General Skills

-      English in reading and writing

-      MS Office

 

Functionality Skills and Technical skills

-      Good Catia/CAD knowledge

 

Mgt and Leadership Skills

-      Good communication and presentation skills

-      Be able to make normal day by day technical decisions independently

-      Knowledge about the 'western' business style preferred

 

Experience and education

-      3~5 years of experiences

-      B.A. in engineering (Can get concession for excellent practical experience)
