Position Purpose :
Under directions and supporting HRBPs, this position provides coordination and support for various HR activities in china market. This role is created to cover internal staff's maternity leave.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the implementation and application of agreed upon HR directives, policies, processes, systems and programs throughout relevant countries
* Deliver HR daily & administrative support to ensure compliance with internal HR process, corporate audit, functional deliverables and governing labor law locally
* Manage local employee data, compensation & benefits, policy updates, service vendors and respond to employee queries on timely basis within respective country
* Under guidance of HRBP, manage labor law/litigation in close collaboration with the labor lawyer ensuring adherence the applicable laws and company rules locally
* Supports HRBP to ensure right talent approach and develop internal talent pipeline
* Execute compliance sanctions together with respective compliance officer & business managers under corporate compliance principle & code of Conduct
* Support business managers to implement performance management programs to build up high performance team
* Counsels and supports business managers in the resolution of specific individual HR issues; e.g. disciplinary actions, performance issues
* Execute adhoc projects and initiatives assigned by immediate managerQualifications
* University degree or equivalent, especially with the main focus on Human Resources;
* Mandarin & English should be fluent both in the spoken and written form. Skills/experience:
* Minimum 3 years HR functional experience while HRBP/Generalist experience is Appreciated
* Experience and proven track record in working across the core HR functions
* Sufficient employee relation handling experience and be very familiar to labor law and local practices
* Experienced in multidisciplinary project and corresponding change management;
* Detail oriented, hands on and adaptive under dynamic working environments
