Objective of Job:

-      P&FC CCP, benchmarking & target setting, DVP&R management, Objective &Subjective Assessment

-      Manage daily P&FC virtual analysis for specific programs

-      Create program test plan/DVPR and following

-      Lead the P&FC issue resolving from program approval to Job1

-      P&FC testing on-site management and test data analysis

-      Maintain P&FC scorecard, manage P&FC development of program to meet P&FC target

-      Continues improvement on P&FC correlation of simulation and testing

-      Support P&FC quality improvement

-      CAFC & LRP calculation support, Enabler solution analysis

 

Qualification:

General Skills

-      Working and communicating in English language environment.

-      MS Office

 

Functionality Skills and Technical skills

?     Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields

?     Rich knowledge of automobile theory, vehicle dynamics, performance and fuel economy analysis

?     More than 3 years’ experience of P&FC virtual analysis or testing. Having Powertrain calibration experience is preferred

?     Be familiar with P&FC regulation, bench and Proving ground GB test procedure

?     Has experience of CAFC support and calculation

?     Experience with Matlab/Simulink or FC simulation software,  GOFAST, Cruise or GT-Power is preferred

 

Mgt and Leadership Skills

-      Good communication and presentation skills

-      Be able to make normal day by day technical decisions independently

-      Knowledge about the 'western' business style preferred

 

Experience and education

-      3~5 years of experiences

-      B.A. in engineering (Can get concession for excellent practical experience)
