This position is delivering excellence technical services in installation, training and support to hospital customers, in order to reinforce customer relationship and secure the deployment of products.
【What You Will Do:】
?Carry on installation, repair and maintenance work on customer site with efficiency and professional way
?Be responsible for consumable chemical products sales in assignment territory
?Build a positive relationship with customer and distributors
?Provide customers, distributors or 3rd party with service and technical support via phone, email or onsite and submit field service reports timely
?Provide technical and service training to the distributors or 3rd party
?Provide technical and service support to internal other function team such as Sales, RA and Marketing etc.
?Assist to ensure installation record and other required docs provided by distributor/3rd party timely
?Establish good communication and obtain up-to-date technical information and support from Global/Europe
?Travel frequently to customer sites to resolve problems or provide other field service
?Assist to follow up and implement other task of company

职位要求：
?Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical or equivalent
?4 years hands on technical experience including installing, troubleshooting, repairing in healthcare medical device industry
?Experience in providing technical support to hospital customers
?Excellent interpersonal communication skill, ability to deal effectively with customers
?Positive and active work attitude with team work spirit
?Open-minded, self-motivated
?Well organized and can work independently
?Good command of English and Microsoft Office applications
?50% Travel domestically
【Preferred Qualifications:】
?Experience in endoscope reprocessing is a plus
