Job responsibility

1.Responsible for client communication and technical discussion as the project leader

2.Lead a team of junior scientists to execute experiments, responsible for study design, work distribution and arrangement, bench-side supervision and trouble shooting, result analysis and report delivery

3.Responsible for recruiting and training of team members

4.Participate in regular technical and management meetings

5.Participate in lab management, SOP drafting

6.Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager

Qualification

1.Ph.D. in biochemistry, molecular biology and related subjects

2.Hands on experience in at least one of the following techniques

a)Protein science (protein expression, purification, quantitation, validation, etc.)

b)Molecular biology (qPCR, PCR, DNA electrophoresis, etc.)

c)Next-generation sequencing (library prep, sequencing, data analysis, etc.)

d)In vitro bioassay (HTRF, SPR, etc.)

3.Good at critical thinking and interested in learning new technologies, be able to trouble shoot independently

4.Good at literature mining and synthesis

5.Can adapt to the work style of industry
