职位责任：

1.汽车相关产品中可靠性试验的规划、设计及执行；

2.掌握客户规范、质量体系知识以及运作图表;

3.试验报告的分析整理;

4.有效沟通客户，达成客户满意。

职位要求

1.有汽车行业从业经历，熟悉可靠性工程及质量管控流程；

2.可靠性工程或者机电相关专业（如机械电子、汽车电子、机电一体化、自动化、电气工程等），硕士及以上学历或者本科以上学历有5年以上工作经验；

3.扎实的电子,电气及机械知识基础,有较强的动手能力；

4.熟悉汽车可靠性验证相关的设计和试验方法,熟悉相关的标准和规范;5.踏实努力、积极主动、善于表达、团队合作性强；

6.良好的中英文书面和口语表达能力；

7. 有软件开发经验者优先。
