1. Search the most cutting-edge literatures in academic and industrial fields, evaluate the feasibility and apply them to the current platform.

2. Lead molecular biology groups for various projects. Recruit, train and supervise scientists to provide best quality services.

3. Manage project workflow to ensure on time delivery: from initial planning, staffing, to experiment execution, data evaluation and trouble shooting.

4. Communicate results and address issues regularly with colleagues.

5. Develop new technologies/capabilities, improve efficiencies, and expand eservice scopes.

6. Develop people and retain top performers.

Requirements

1．Ph.D. degree in life science or M.S. with at least 3 years’ training in protein biochemistry or related fields. Industry experience is preferred.

2．Experience in protein/enzyme biophysical characterization

3．Experience in protein recombinant expression and purification

4．Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English

5．Strong scientific knowledge in protein engineering and large molecular biophysical property characterization field.

6．Proficiency with protein purification and characterization techniques, such as HPLC, FPLC

7．Strong project management track record.

8．Demonstrated quick problem solving ability

9．Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills, work well with diverse team members.
