RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

1. Strategic planning on eCommerce business in terms of e-distributors, product portfolio, pricing strategy and promotion plan, to eventually drive sell out with exponential growth.
2. Vertical channels or co-branding with big names opportunity seeking to enhance brand exposure and awareness to pave for a stable sales revenue increase.
3. Enterprise procurement opportunities monitoring, analyze and assessment to ensure company's entry at earliest or most appropriate timing.
4. Work closely with eCommerce marketing, product and pricing team to ensure a relevant and competitive product portfolio and content online, maximize the ROI of in-site paid search or banners, good user experience and reasonable pricing setting.
5. Good in fostering partner relationship, yet strong negotiation skills with e-distributors on commercial terms for big promotion events, share of listing, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s Degree with over 8-year solid experience and understanding in eCommerce
2. Strong sales ability and entrepreneurial spirit with eagerness to meet and exceed goals and targets
3. Ability to understand the cross functional pieces of the SBD business process and bring value added thinking to improve the target business process.
4. Be passionate in eCommerce business
5. Excellent interpersonal interactions with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties with strong negotiation skills
6. Independent, creative self-starter with ability to multi-task in a highly energetic, fast-paced environment
7. Good at Microsoft skill, with data mining skill is a plus
