服务描述/ Brief description of service:
The Greater China Consulting Recruiting (Recruiting) Assistant is part of the Consulting HR Team in Greater China. Working together with the Recruiting team, he/she will coordinate the recruiting process, manage new hire's onboard process, manage PTA program and support the Recruiting Team's development. The Assistant will also work closely with members of the Consulting Team and the broader Consulting HR team at both the Greater China, Asia Pacific and Global levels to deliver an excellent recruiting process for the Greater China Consulting team.
Successful candidate for the Consulting Recruiting Assistant needs to be well-organized, service-oriented, efficient and smart. He/she enjoys a dynamic working environment involving professionals across different levels and has a strong strive for excellence. He/she should also have strong interest to learn about general HR topics as well as recruiting knowledge; and is highly motivated to develop new approaches in recruiting. He/she also needs to be very experienced in managing data and performing basic analysis using tools such as Excel.
Principal duties and responsibilities including but not limited to:
Coordinate the Consulting candidates' recruiting process
1. Lead and support the employer branding and recruiting marketing events
2. Identify the qualified candidates, and reach out to top talents
3. Work with the candidates and our interviewers to schedule interviews
4. Manage candidates' profiles and interview records
5. Support the conversion process for the offerees
Lead and support the new hires' onboard process
1. Work with other HR functions to prepare the related documents and process
Manage PTA ( Part-time Assistant) program with the team
1. Support the recruiting, training and staffing activities for the PTAs
Other ad-hoc requests as needed
服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
Bachelor degree, preferably with business or HR focus
Diploma or Associate degree with minimum of 2 years' of work experience in a dynamic or sizeable multi-national environment will also be considered
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook. Good basic computing skills, comfortable with IT/system tools.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, high attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups
Able to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline driven and service oriented environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual team environment, partnering across functions, geographies, cultures and staff levels within BCG
Convey a strong positive personal and professional image with excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics.
Team player, highly motivated, energetic, resourceful and friendly.
Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
