概况: 负责分析审核零售金融贷款申请并作出信贷风险评估和决策

职位描述

1. 基于既定的信贷风险管理政策及流程， 通过电话核实等尽调方式完成零售汽车贷款的审查审批工作， 判断贷款申请的合理性，核实审贷材料的真实性与完整性， 发现并提示风险点， 出具审贷意见。

2. 按照标准流程完成运营操作，及时且准确完成审批任务， 确保审批效率和质量

3. 参与运营优化项目，支持审贷运营的数据分析和跨部门沟通

4. 提出审批运营优化建议， 并能够通过组建小型项目组， 跟进和落地优化方案

5. 及时协助经销商解决审贷运营相关的问题

6. 及时向上级汇报工作中发现的风险问题，追踪并控制风险

7. 完成上级主管安排的其他工作

岗位要求 

1. 全日制大学本科（含）及以上学历，具备数据分析能力，会使用SQL语言进行数据库查询/计算等操作优先

2. 至少2年以上金融相关行业经验， 有信贷审核经验优先，特别优秀者可视情况放宽条件

3. 熟悉金融行业相关的法律，法规和汽车金融相关信息

4. 愿意且能够承受较强的工作压力，为人正直且具有责任心

5. 具备客户和经销商服务意识，优秀的沟通和表达能力

6. 优秀的PPT和Excel使用技能

7. 良好的逻辑分析和解决问题能力

8. 良好的英文听说读写能力

Summary: the incumbent is responsible for analyzing retail financial application with related information & materials and performs credit decision.

Job Responsibilities

1. According to the credit risk management policy and work-flow regulation, accomplish the retail credit analysis through phone verification; analyze loan application rationality, check the authenticity and integrity of the materials, identify significant risk points and make credit decision.

2. According to the standard task manual, complete the operating process, accomplish credit analyst tasks promptly and accurately, ensure the efficiency and quality.

3. Participate operating optimization projects, support data analysis and cross-dept. communication, if any.

4. Propose optimizable suggestions for retail credit operating, follow-up and landing optimization scheme.

5. Timely solving credit operating problems of DLRs.

6. Timely report to supervisors, if any finding risk point, track and control risk points.

7. Perform other add hoc work tasks assigned by the supervisors.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree is required that ability of data analysis skill with SQL database to inquiry and calculate is preferred.

2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance industry, credit analysis experience is preferred, which may sacrifice requirements depends on candidates qualify.

3. Familiar with finance industry laws, regulations and AFC knowledges.

4. Strong pressure resistance, integrity and responsibility.

5. Excellent service consciousness for Clients and DLRs, excellent communication skill.

6. Excellent PPT and EXCEL skills.

7. Good logical analysis and problem-solving skills.

8. Proficient in both written and spoken English.
