 *DSP=Distribution Service Provider

- Design Route-to-Market model to adapt business demand    

- Design trading term to maximize DSP capabilities    

- Building & improve DSP capabilities(inventory/freshness/sales team management, service level,etc,..) to meet business demand    

- DSP performance evaluation and make action plan    

- Optimize commercial operation process to reduce cost    

- Training DSP when system launch and new process is effective    

- Develop a professional and highly engaged team, coach team members by daily work, improve team members' working skills    

任职要求：

? BA degree

? 5-7 years FMCG industry experience,  2-3 years commercial operation experience

?Strong analytical skills, project management skills and cross functional communication skills

? Fimilar with FMCG sales model and internal operation process

? 2 years and above people management experience
