概况: 负责分析审核零售金融贷款申请并作出信贷风险评估和决策

职位描述

1. 保证贷款符合信贷政策准则同时对其进行准确及时的操作

2. 核实客户资信，并对信贷决策和条件给出建议

3. 通过各种渠道回应咨询和调查要求，特别是通过电话，家访报告，网络查询和资信局资信报告

4. 与信贷主管沟通对申请和贷款过程中的特殊情况进行妥善处理

5. 与销售部门，风险管理部门以及财务部门合作维护贷款并/或解决问题

6. 完成信贷审批，提出初步信贷审批意见

7. 跟进影响信贷决议的议题

8. 掌握信贷审批流程中涉及的法务、合规政策以及市场信息

9. 完成上级主管安排的其他相关工作

岗位要求 

1. 金融或相关专业本科或以上学位

2. 至少1年在金融相关行业经验，有信贷相关经验优先

3. 优秀的分析和解决问题的能力

4. 优秀的沟通和团队合作能力

5. 高标准的个人操守和决断能力

6. 流利英语能力及电脑操作能力

7. 良好的汽车金融知识，有相关经验者优先

Summary: the incumbent is responsible for analyzing retail financial application with related information and materials and performs assessment of the risk of offering credit to individuals.

Job Responsibilities

1. Facilitating the accurate and timely settlement of the loan while ensuring compliance with credit policy guidelines

2. Processing customer credit worthiness verification and making recommendations for loan approval and terms

3. Responding to inquiry and research requests via various resources, especially through the phone call, home visit report, web checking and credit bureau report etc.

4. Interacting with sales team, risk management team, and finance team as needed for loan maintenance and/or troubleshooting 

5. Developing and improving the quality of credit submissions

6. Keeping up to date with issues that may affect credit decisions

7. Staying informed about the legal, compliance and market-risk-related issues involved in the approval of credit

8. Perform other add hoc work tasks assigned by the superior 

Job Requirements

1. A degree holder in Finance or related discipline

2. Minimum of 1 years of experience in banking or finance related environment, related credit analysis experience is preferred 

3. Strong analysis skills and problem solving skills

4. Communicating with credit supervisor to properly dispose special circumstance within process

5. Excellent interpersonal, team-working and communication skills 

6. A high standard of personal integrity and decisiveness

7. Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)

8. Strong computer literacy

9. Strong knowledge and understanding of auto finance preferred
