- Align yearly and monthly sales target through cross functional communication, allocate target to zones and products, make sure to achieve company total sales target and balanced inventory level

- Continuously improve CDF process, ensure rolling 6 months sales forecast accuracy>=75% and adequate supply to support field salesIn charge of commercial operation of super gold service providers.

- Set up guideline for super gold service providers selection. Define super gold operation process and KPI framework. 

-Develop retailer inventory level and freshness tracking system, ensure reasonable stock and reduce financial risk for service providersDesign project plan and ensure smooth execution in field and achieve goals, e.g. project ID, Nestle freshness check project, third party wholesaler inventory check project etc.

- Continuously promote Project ID, monitor FEFO & distribution through QR and BI system, continuously optimize wholesaler warehouse management (layout, operation, etc,...)

-Develop a professional and highly engaged team, coach team members by daily work, improve team members' working skills

岗位要求：

? BA degree

? 5-7 years FMCG industry experience,  2-3 years commercial operation experience

?Strong analytical skills, project management skills and cross functional communication skills

? Fimilar with FMCG sales model and internal operation process

 ? 2 years and above people management experience

? Strong English and excel skills
